Melanie Dawn Molina Wood of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate LLC has been awarded the prestigious Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) designation, joining a worldwide referral network of elite global real estate practitioners with expertise in working with international clients and properties, as well as serving the growing multicultural population in the United States.

To earn the designation (awarded by the National Association of Realtors), Melanie Dawn completed a series of courses devoted to leaning international business practices and cultural differences.  The program studies the variety of real estate ownership and transactional procedures in Europe, the Asia/Pacific regions, and South/Central/North America. As a designee, Melanie Dawn also needed to demonstrate a history of achievement in international real estate transactions.

This in-depth training and experience allows Melanie Dawn to join a distinguished society of approximately 2000 real estate agents worldwide; demonstrating that she has the necessary training and experience to meet the complex needs of international buyers in the Miami market and to assist US citizens realize their dreams of buying real estate in other countries.
