Riverwalk East Developments proposes sixty-nine-story condo at 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way next to EPIC Residences and Hotel (SFBJ)
Tentatively named Epic 2, it would have 384 condos in 1.09 million square feet and 561 parking spaces. When combining the condos with the parking and other amenities, the tower would total 1.64 million square feet.

Located just across the bridge from the Brickell area, the property has 650 feet along the river and is on the east side of Interstate 95.
“Both Mayor [Tomas] Regalado and the City’s Department of Real Estate recognize the tremendous value of selling this asset,” said Daniel Rotenberg, the city’s real estate director. “The potential to expand economic development at the existing site and solve the City’s operational need for a new facility will greatly benefit the City of Miami.”
…the proposal includes two residential towers with ground-floor retail space. They would house 391 units and a robotic parking garage with 185 spaces, all of which would be built on the 18,000-square-foot parking lot at 54 West Flagler Street.
