Downtown Miami – County’s Hottest Neighborhood for Renters

September 7, 2018 by MelanieDawn Leave a Comment

Anyone who already lives in Downtown Miami could have told you that our city is a favorite for renters, and now the 2018 Miami-Dade Real Estate Study confirms it. Brickell, the Downtown core, Midtown and Edgewater top all other neighborhoods as renter havens. These are also “the best neighborhoods for young professionals according to the study conducted by Bendixen & Amandi International for the Miami Herald.

Coconut Grove is in the top three hottest areas in Miami-Dade County buyers; especially those looking for a single family home. Meanwhile, City of Miami’s Design District and the Upper East Side are the top two choices answering the question: “If you were advising an investor or homeowner looking to make a good return on investment 5 years down the road, where is the next emerging market?”
