
A penthouse at the Downtown Miami luxury high-rise designed by Zaha Hadid has sold for $13 million according to a report in today’s South Florida Business Journal.
This tops the $11 million sale for one of the building’s apartments earlier this month. One Thousand Museum has 62 floors with 83 residences. Floor plans range from 8,344 square feet to over 10,000 square feet with 4 to 6 bedrooms. The curvaceous tower features an aquatic center with indoor and outdoor pools, Sky Lounge, a helipad and a bank vault with safety deposit boxes for every residence.
