The City of Miami has required “all employees and customers in grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacies and convenience stores to wear masks at all times while on premises”, as well as on public transit, construction sites, and other venues since early April. This new mandate expands the requirement to all public spaces, including outdoors, in response to the exponential increases in confirmed COVID-19 cases in Florida.
