Love, Peace & Music Under the Moonlight with Iko-Iko

October 9, 2016 @ 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm

$8.00 – $10.00

End your weekend on the perfect note at the Barnacle Historic State Park Sunday, October 9, 2016 from 6:30pm to 8:30pm!

Bring a picnic, chairs, and a blanket to spread out on the front lawn, and enjoy good old-fashioned Coconut Grove Love-In under the moonlight with Graham Wood Drout’s Iko-Iko.

Iko-Iko’s Urban Swamp Music is a swirling mix of Blues, Mardi Gras, Gulf Coast Americana, jazz, jam band sensibilities, and Rock and Roll. The group originated in South Florida in the 1980s and has shared the stage with nearly every working Blues artist in the United States from then until now. From Albert Collins, Bo Diddley and John Lee Hooker to Sun Ra, David Bromberg and Jimmy Buffet, the list goes on and on. The group has earned its status as a South Florida music legend.

Additional Information:

On-street and off-street paid parking is available throughout Coconut Grove. Visitors with a Disabled Person Parking Permit may call the Ranger Station for additional parking information. Purchase tickets at the gate. The gate opens one hour before show time.

No pets, please.
